Altais Timeline & Milestones

• 2019 – Our Origins
  Altais was established with a clear purpose: to help physicians thrive in a changing healthcare environment while delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

 

• 2020 – Expanding Through Partnership
  Acquisition of Brown & Toland Physicians brought three decades of managed care expertise and deep community roots, significantly expanding our reach and impact.

 

• 2021 – Extending Care in Los Angeles
  Acquisition of Family Care Specialists Medical Group strengthened our primary care presence in Southern California and broadened access to quality care.

 

• 2022 – Riverside Practice Launch
  Opened Altais Medical Group Riverside which offers integrated, coordinated care in a growing community and is part of the 12 locations that comprise Altais Medical Group.

 

• 2023 – Streamlining with Altais Health Solutions
  Merged Altais and Brown & Toland’s Management Services Organization to form Altais Health Solutions, aligning operations for greater efficiency and better outcomes.

 

• 2023 – Established Altais Medicare Alliance
  Altais is partnering with doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers who collaborate to give coordinated high-quality care to people with Medicare through the Medicare Shared Savings Program. They focus on delivering the right care at the right time, while avoiding unnecessary services and improving efficiency.

 

• 2024 – Introduced Altais Care Network
  Launched the Altais Care Network expanding our footprint Southern California, deepening collaboration among providers and accelerating healthcare innovation.
