We are proud to welcome Richard Moskowitz, MD, as the newest member of Altais Medical Group | Wellspring, beginning December 15, 2025.
Dr. Moskowitz is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 30 years of experience caring for adults throughout the Bay Area. His career spans private practice, hospital medicine, transitional care, urgent care, and hospice leadership. He has dedicated his work to providing accessible, patient-centered care rooted in empathy, trust, and long-standing community relationships.

Throughout his career, Dr. Moskowitz has served patients in Daly City and San Francisco with a focus on patients and whole-person wellness. His experience includes leadership roles at Seton Medical Center, St. Luke’s Hospital, and several community-based programs supporting older adults and medically complex patients.
