Is the Provider Interest Form a contract?
No. Submitting the form does not commit you. It simply allows us to start the credentialing verification so next steps are easier if you decide to move forward.
What is the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and why might I be asked to sign it?
The BAA is a HIPAA-compliant data-sharing agreement that lets protected health information be shared securely for population health analysis and care coordination. It’s not a network contract.
How long does credentialing take?
Credentialing/ verification can take 90–120 days. That’s why we’re beginning early.
