Preventive care saves lives. Join us for a free health fair and complete many of your annual screenings in one convenient visit. Plus, you’ll receive a $25 gift card after completing your screenings. Must be an Altais | Brown & Toland member with a Medicare Advantage plan to qualify for the $25 gift card.  

Free services may include:

  • Blood pressure checks
  • Diabetes screenings
  • Colorectal cancer screenings
  • Mammograms
  • Bone density scans
  • Health education and more
